On May 14, from 12 to 1 p.m., Guy Manchester of Financial Security Management, Inc. will present “What You Don’t Know About Social Security Can Hurt You” in the fifth Pink Bag Luncheon of the year, hosted by the Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce (VPCC).
“It is better to prepare than to repair,” said Manchester. “No matter how think you slice it, there are always two sides.”
His financial services business focuses on family and business financial planning, retirement strategies to minimize taxes, and helping clients transfer wealth to future generations.
The luncheon is scheduled to begin at noon, and includes 10 minutes of business networking, where members are encouraged to make business connections and distribute business cards.
Lunch will be provided by one of VPCC’s 2015 Catering Sponsors.
The cost of the event is $5 for members and $10 for non-members.
Members attending are encouraged to also bring business handouts, giveaways and goodie bags to display on a table in the front lobby of the VPCC. Attendees can pick up any information at their convenience.
