on Saturday, November 6 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Sunday, November 7, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This fun-filled holiday event will be held at the University of Mary Washington’s Jepson Alumni Center (1119 Hanover Street) in downtown Fredericksburg, Virginia.
This two-day event will feature a variety of unique and one-of-a-kind artisans and vendors who will be carefully selected to ensure a fun holiday shopping experience for all. Past years have included a variety jewelry, soaps, lotions, original watercolor and oil paintings, pewter ware, pottery, handbags, boutique gifts, apparel, children’s items and more!
Admission is $4 at the door, and children under the age of 12 are free.
Also, join us for an evening out at Jingle Bell Cocktail on Friday, November 5 from 7:00 - 10:00 p.m. to kickoff the weekend. Enjoy this preview party with cocktails, appetizers, silent auction, and door prizes! Advance ticket purchase is available at $35 per person or $40 at the door. A limited number of tickets are available to this event, so get yours early! Guests must be 21 or older to attend.
Funds raised by MERRY MARKET will benefit children’s charities right here in the Fredericksburg area! To date the Fredericksburg Area Service League has donated more than $500,000 to support local children’s causes. FASL is proud to support Hazelwild Heroes, Holliann Grace Center for Children with Disabilities, Camp Rainbow/Hospice, Hope House, Kids for a Cure Club Diabetes Camp, and Olde Forge Community Center, as well as college scholarships for local graduating seniors.
