RVA Fashion Week is back for its 5th annual week of culture, fashion, and entertainment. Richmond’s top models, designers, stylists, choreographers, and producers are returning to bring Richmond this spring’s newest and most up to date looks in the fashion world. Each year RVA Fashion Week is dedicated to highlighting Richmond’s best fashion through culture, creativity, and art. An entire week of events, taking place all over the city, is planned for all of Richmond and its surrounding areas to enjoy. Sunday, April 28th: City Skyline Trunk Show: 3-7 pm, free to guests
Sitting above City Hall, this unique event takes place at the Observation Deck overlooking Richmond’s famous skyline. This event is an ultimate trunk show, presenting more than 40 vendors and participants including independent jewelry and accessory designers, local artists, restaurants, hairstylists, and more.
This event will also include a local take on the Red Bull national campaign where 10 local artists are given the task of making fashion related art/accessories out of Red Bull cans. The Red Bull Music Academy will also be on site providing music and entertainment
Tuesday, April 30th: Warehouse Fashion Show: Studio 7e, 8 pm, $10, $7 with a valid student ID
This event represents the nitty gritty appeal and familiarity of modern day Richmond. Showcased in the Warehouse District of new Richmond’s Scott’s Addition, featured looks will be presented in various scenes ranging from Urban, Vintage, Hawaii 5-O, and others! This is a first time event that will get right to the core of RVA. This is not a traditional runway show, but more of a stage presentation and performance, complete with different scenes and settings to match the mood. There will be live entertainment and performances from local dance groups, artists, and acoustic talent.
Thursday, May 2nd: Carytown Fashion Showcase: Carytown Court, 7:00 pm, free to guests.
Guests get to experience all of their favorite boutiques of Carytown with a complete runway show set up in Cary Court, followed by access directly to those featured boutiques for purchase.

Friday, May 3rd: Designer Showcase: Plant Zero, 8 pm, $20 advance/$25 door/$40 front row/$15 Student ID
RVA Fashion Week’s traditional Designer Runway Show presenting local Richmond designers.
Each up-and-coming designer will showcase their own custom line, presenting it on the runway, portraying their individual designs, style, and expression by transposing that to fashionable trends for all occasions.
