Russkie Musikanti and Marunych Duo

Russkie Musikanti is an ensemble of the Washington Balalaika Society, the largest Russian folk orchestra in the United States. The ensemble wears traditional Russian costumes and performs on authentic Russian folk instruments bringing the music of Russia and Eastern Europe to the broader community. The Marunych Duo, bayanist Volodymyr Marunych and domrist Natalia Marunych, will be visiting the U.S. in May and June 2014 and will be performing as featured guest artists of the Washington Balalaika Society’s Great Russian Folk Orchestra.
