It is safe to say that Jane Amelon knows her way around a quilt! As past president of Tidewater Quilters' Guild, she has taught multiple people to quilt and, as an academic researcher on quilt rhetoric, she has lectured around the country on the topic. In other words, Jane is passionate about everything quilts. Do you love the idea of giving a gift that you constructed with your own heart and hands? Do you think of quilts as something wonderful, but far too difficult and time-consuming to construct? If the answer is yes to either or both of these questions, this class is for you. Jane will distribute a kit for the class, and within four hours you will have a baby quilt complete (or almost complete). Students should bring their sewing machine with a walking foot.
