Closing Exhibition and Slide Talk with Peter Pinnell

The Workhouse Arts Center invites the public to a closing reception and slide talk with ceramic artist, Peter Pinnell on Friday, March 25 from 7-9pm in Gallery W-16. The Workhouse will feature the exhibit, Ceramics Visiting Artist Exhibition: Pete Pinnell in Gallery W-16, second floor from March 2-27. Peter Pinnell has been teaching at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln since 1995, where he is Professor of Art and Hixson-Lied Professor of Ceramics. In addition to his teaching, his work has appeared in exhibition throughout the United States, and in China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, The Netherlands, Germany and South Africa. His writing on ceramics has appeared in major ceramics publications in the United States and Australia, and he writes a regular column for Clay Times magazine.
