Fredericksburg, VA (October, 2012) -- Teaching kids to be kind to each other, and to reject bullying behavior, aren’t just lessons for the school classroom. “Be a Buddy, Not a Bully,” a program designed to enrich the lives of young children, will be holding events at Spotsylvania Towne Centre, in addition to all the other malls in the Cafaro organization, during October, which has been designated National Anti-Bully Awareness Month.
