The 7th annual Blacksburg Brew Do will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2015 from noon-5pm. Most significant to the 2015 festivities is a new, spacious location at the Virginia Tech Corporate Research Center (CRC). “After successfully holding this year’s Blacksburg Fork and Cork at this location, we knew that moving Brew Do here would be the best decision,” said President Diane Akers. “We’re excited about the opportunity to revamp our festival layout, add to our vendor space, and create an even more enjoyable experience for our guests.”
This year the festival welcomes back the best in craft brewers from the Mid-Atlantic region and beyond, offering another outstanding selection of ales, lagers, stouts, pilsners, ciders, and specialty beers. Delicious food, cooking and brewing demonstrations and live entertainment will compliment a great day of beer tasting. The exciting atmosphere led The Collegiate Times readers to vote this event second in the “2015 Best Festival or Event” category and for the Southeast Tourism Society to name it a “Top 20 Event.”
