Perfect dessert for late summer

6 to 8 ripe peaches
1⁄2 cup brown sugar
1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar
Halve and stone the peaches. Toss in the mixture of sugar and vinegar. Place on a hot grill for two minutes on each side. Serve with your favorite yogurt, cream or ice cream.
