Spring Cooking Class
The Farm at Blenheim Vineyards
Celebrate spring with a lively demonstrational cooking class at The Farm at Blenheim Vineyards. This is the first in a series of cooking classes to be held in the circa 1846 Main House, adjacent to the winery. The menu includes lamb prepared three ways, fresh asparagus with hollandaise sauce, a spring rice pilaf and dessert. Wine pairings will accompany the meal. The class will be taught by Tom Whitehead of Sandy Motley Catering. Tom trained at Le Cordon Bleu where he earned a Grand Diplome de Cuisine et de Patissierie.
