This intimate culinary adventure is sure to appeal to food and travel aficionados and features the best of Central Virginia's chefs, farms, wineries, artisans, and history. Guests will enjoy dinner under the stars our first evening prepared by Walter Bundy (Lemaire, The Jefferson Hotel), Lee Gregory (The Roosevelt - Richmond) and Aaron Cross (Fossett's at Keswick Hall) and paired with wines from award-winning Barboursville Vineyards with winemaker, Luca Paschina. The next day, join us for an extraordinary private tour of Monticello with Director of Garden and Grounds and an early pioneer of Virginia wine, Gabriele Rausse, followed by lunch with wine pairings in the orchard prepared by Chef Dean Maupin (C&O Restaurant - Charlottesville). Dinner that evening is a more formal event and a special tasting menu with wine pairings created especially for us by Chef Walter Bundy at Lemaire. The following morning, guests will have a private tour of Olli Salumeria with Oliviero Colmignoli, local artisan and renowned salumi maker. This exclusive tour is limited to 20 participants.
