The Leesburg Fine Art Festival debuts September 15-16, 2012 in beautiful historic downtown Leesburg, VA. Graciously hosted by the Friends of Leesburg Public Arts, this unique art festival showcases nationally- and internationally-acclaimed artists from over 20 states and overseas. Breathtaking creations in painting, jewelry, sculpting, photography, woodworking, ceramics, glass, fiber art, mixed-media - and more will be displayed and for sale. Find that unique piece of artwork to enrich your home, your workplace - your life!
The Leesburg Fine Art Festival affords the unique opportunity to meet and interact with the artisans, adding inestimable value not only to your appreciation of the art but the specific pieces you purchase. Learn how each artisan came to their artform, how they are inspired, and about the materials they used in creating your pieces. Artists are available Saturday from 10-6 and Sunday from 11-5. The event is held downtown at the intersection of Market and King streets. Admission is free. Remember your wallets and purses! You will be inspired and moved by the artwork you experience!
