Join us October 20th for the 2018 Hope for Help 5K! Proceeds from this event benefit hunger relief organization Feed My Starving Children and local food packing event, Food Fight.
The Hope for Help 5K Run takes runners and walkers through the beautiful Crosspointe subdivision in Lorton, Virginia. The course is great for race enthusiasts, as well as families and friends coming out to enjoy the outdoors and experience the thrill of being a part of a great cause. There will be many safety marshals stationed along the course, a water station at the halfway point, and prizes at the finish!
Free parking, clean indoor restrooms, swag bag, and fun pre-race warm up are included. Teams of 4 or more receive a discount when registering.
Kids 12 years old and younger are invited to participate in our obstacle course kids color run! The cost to participate is $20 per child. The color run takes place near the finish line of the 5K, starting at 9:30 am (after the 5K).
