DESCRIPTION:Offering a unique brand of Harlem-style basketball\, featuring
  high-flying slam dunks\, dazzling ball-handling tricks\, and hilarious co
 medy routines\, the Harlem Ambassadors are talented male and female basket
 ball players that are drug-free\, college-educated\, and positive in appea
 rance. They are committed to giving their audience quality family entertai
 nment and serving as excellent role models for young people with their pro
 gram’s themes to stay in school and stay drug free. The Harlem Ambassado
 rs will play against a team of local leaders and hometown heroes. We have 
 named our team the “Bedford Hot Shots.” For this event\, the Ambassado
 rs have partnered with our local GFWC Bedford Woman’s Club. Proceeds wil
 l be donated to provide a trained service dog to a deaf or disabled servic
 eman or woman through the national program\, Canines for Combat Veterans.
