PRESS RELEASE
FLOYD COUNTY SKIT NIGHT
SUN MUSIC HALL
Sunday, April 1st, 6pm – 9pm
*NEW DATE! NEW DATE! NEW DATE!*
The excitement is starting to build for the Floyd County Skit Night—a great Floyd tradition that is being revived by students at Blue Mountain School.
Originally scheduled for the beginning of March, it has been decided to move the Skit Night to April Fool's Day, Sunday, April 1st. This will enable performers to hone their talents, and also allow even more people to appear in Floyd’s first skit night in over a decade.
So if you can act, juggle, tell jokes, mime, sing, dance, do acrobatics, tell stories, read poems, play music, or just want to get up in front of a crowd, contact Jamie Reygle at jamie@bluemountainschool.net or (540) 745-4234 and tell him you want to perform.
The skit night is a FUNdraiser run by Blue Mountain School students to help them raise money to go to Washington DC later this year.
There will be baked goods for sale, Dogtown’s great pizzas, and a photo booth for kids of all ages: have your photo taken with movie or make-believe characters!
Get your tickets at the Harvest Moon, Black Water Loft, Blue Mountain School, or on the night if there are any left.
We guarantee you will have a TON of FUN!
Ticket prices: Public $5; Performers $2; 6 & under FREE
