When the Home Building Association of Richmond’s (HBAR) 2014 Parade of Homes kicks off this October, it will be the 63rd consecutive year the event has been held in the Greater Richmond area. The Parade will feature 70 new homes and 1 remodeled home built by 34 builder members and more than half are decorated models. The homes are located throughout the region, including the counties of Chesterfield, Hanover, Henrico, King William, New Kent, and Powhatan, and the city of Richmond. This is your best opportunity get inspired and see every type of new home imaginable, showcasing the latest in designs, construction techniques, and materials, at prices ranging from the $190’s to $1,450,000.
This premier showcase of new homes in the region will be held October 4-5, 11-12 and 18-19. Hours are from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. and admission is free.
The Parade of Homes Plan Book and the website, RichmondParadeofHomes.com, includes detailed information about the event and the home entries, including home designs, floor plans and descriptions, detailed directions to each home, and a map.
