Icky Spicers

Mr. Nelson, we have a lot in common. I, too, prefer to let the spiders alone to nibble on other pesky insects that make it into the house. Usually, the reason that I take them outside in a jar or on a piece of paper is because the other resident of the house, my wife, is using her command voice to get me to move the offender. I can tolerate most spiders in the nooks and crevasses of the basement, but will move a black widow outside and far enough way so that they can't find a way back. The little, fuzzy, gray jumping spiders are the cutest (if that's a word we can use with spiders.) Their multiple eyes and fur covered bodies seem less creepy than their slick-shelled cousins. Thank you for writing this article. It is a welcome break to the other news of the day, and it's good to know that I have at least one other kindred spirit when it comes to our 8-legged friends.
