Do you like this?

The last two sequences blended together, literally—one flowed right into another. The highlight? Student Shannon Kesler's diaphanous, fairy-like gown. She won the Jury's Choice "Best in Show" award for her strapless top and massive tiered skirt done in powder blue and cream.

For most of the models in most of the sequences, make-up was relatively toned down. Smoky eyes and nude lips prevailed, though a couple of models sported red smiles.

Overall, TwentyTen was enjoyable, with a couple of small exceptions: the runway music was occasionally too loud for Ms. Cantor to be heard, and the reception simply did not provide enough food for the dozens of people who turned out. Hopefully these slight errors will be corrected for next year's stunning student showcase. Remember: It's not only about the clothes, even if the garments made us temporarily forget about other things.
