NFL football

I've made a so-so start to life in Virginia Living's Football FANatic game. As mentioned in my pre-season blog post, I know very little about the NFL, but know how to put a check next to the team I think will win. (Plus it was free to enter and I'd quite like to win a trip to Hawaii.)

Out of 16 games in NFL Week 1 I picked 10 correct winners, which gives me 10 points. Not bad. But not as good as a few others and especially not as good as jneal162, who sits on top of the Virginia Living Football FANatic leaderboard with 13 points.

One small sliver of consolation is that 10 points was enough to put me joint top of the Virginia Living office leaderboard, level with our Creative Services Director Jason Sullivan.

Even if you missed the first week, it's not too late to get involved. When the final points are tallied and the national winner of the trip to Hawaii is decided, your worst four gameweeks are discarded. So if you enter now you won't have fallen behind, plus there are weekly prizes to be won.
