Our 10th annual Best of Virginia Readers’ Survey is open now! We invite you to join thousands of other Virginia Living readers and vote for the best restaurants, shops, museums, and more throughout the Commonwealth.

Highlights this year:

• Use the right region: If you live in Richmond, but your favorite seafood place is at the beach, please switch to the Eastern region to vote for the restaurant. Votes in the wrong region will not be counted. You can vote in as many or as few regions as you like. See the region map above or click here for a list of our regions divided by county.

• It's OK to skip categories. Vote in as many or as few of the categories as you like. You don't have to write "none" or "N/A"—just move on to the next one. Click here for a complete list of categories.

• The dropdown menus represent the top businesses from last year's poll. But we accept write-ins! To vote for a business that isn't on the list, make sure you're in the right region and category, then scroll to the bottom of the dropdown and choose "write in." Type the business name and city.

• You don’t have to finish the survey all at once; visit the survey on the same device later and your previous responses for each page will be saved. You can add or change your previous answers until the survey closes.

• When you are done voting, you must click the “Submit” button or your votes will not be counted.

• The survey closes on Jan. 31 at 11:59pm EST.
