  • Fruit Cake

    The article on your fruit cake was fabulous to me. My Grandmother raised me and I would help her make the fruitcakes. What was amazing to me was that she had the most serious form of diabetes but would make things like this for everyone else. When the cakes were finished she would wrap them pineapple-juice soaked cheese cloth. It make a great difference in the moistness of the cake. They would then sit for a couple months but she would check them just to make sure they were ok. I would love to have one of the Bakery's fruit cakes. Are you taking mail orders?
