The presidents’ heads—7,500 pounds of concrete and steel situated along a meandering quarter-mile outdoor path—were not the only weighty attractions hosted by the park; there were also replicas of the Oval Office and part of Air Force One’s cabin, as well as other presidential memorabilia. If officials can’t find a buyer for the whole park, the busts may be sold off piecemeal—one commander in chief at a time.

Do you have an interest in presidential collectibles? If so, you are in luck: Presidents Park in Williamsburg is on the market. The park’s main attraction—18-foot-tall busts of all but one of our chief executives—drew nearly 350,000 visitors during its seven-year run, according to an announcement on the park’s website by Haley Newman, founder and developer. Unfortunately, the park took a hit with the weak economy—so much so that it wasn’t able to foot the $60,000 bill needed to add the sculpture of Barack Obama to its lineup.
